Sansaire Steak Aging Sauce

$24.95

Next time you want to prepare a tasty steak, try using the Sansaire Steak Aging Sauce. It gives any steak the complex flavor of dry aging’. When you leave meat to naturally dry-age it results in intensified flavors. The secret behind this sauce is that it mimics those flavors.

The idea first came when the founders of this sauce heard that adding fish sauce to steak improves the flavor of dry-aging. They added not only fish sauce but soy sauce, other fermented flavors, sugars, and glutamates.

Sansaire Steak Aging Sauce And Prepared Steak

Sansaire Steak Aging Sauce will give your steak rich flavor and a delicious, dark crust.

So, how do you use the Sansaire Steak Aging Sauce?

Step 1- Place the steak into a zip-top or vacuum seal bag and add the sauce. You only need to add one tablespoon of sauce per pound of meat.

Step 2- Cook the steak sous vide making sure you pat it dry before searing. This way, your meat will get a delicious, dark crust.

Note – There’s no need to marinate the meat in the sauce before cooking because when you cook sous vide, there’s enough time for the meat to get all the flavors.

*Sous vide is a way of cooking that uses precise temperature control to get an evenly cooked steak from edge to edge. If you want to learn more about this way of cooking, check Sansaire’s website for more info
