Direct Action Dust | A Premium Survivalist Tactical Backpack

$139+

As with the Ka-Bar Tactical Spork, we mentioned that anything ‘tactical’ is automatically coolness itself. Well, the Direct Action Dust Tactical Backpack is just that.

The Dust Tactical looks undeniably awesome and it was designed to be rugged. In other words, this is the backpack for the wilderness man.

Coming a variety of colors and designs, we found the Multicam to appeal to our particular tastes. The entire backpack is constructed out of 100% Cordura 500D and has been DWR coated.

Direct Action Dust with front zippered open

The front zipper can be accessed without needing to open the main compartment. It features several pockets and sleeves for organization.

Essentially, this backpack was designed for military and law enforcement uses. However, it doubles perfectly as a camping backpack, or even, an everyday carry.

Direct Action Dust laptop in sleeve

This backpack is large enough to hold a 15″ laptop in a sleeve. However, note the Paracord handle that can be unwound into 2 x 8.2 feet cords for survival.

It features a low profile design and contains a patented Combat Vent System. This allows for exceptional ventilation, moisture wicking and means that you can use the Dust Tactical backpack for hours on end.

Another interesting feature of this backpack is the fact that it has contoured foam profiles and multiple air channels combined with airy mesh that essentially keeps the rucksack off your back. This enhances air flow and heat dispersion.

Pictured left, you can see the contoured foam with airy mesh for heat dispersion and ventilation. On the right, the side pocket can easily carry a water bottle or umbrella.

It also features a 20L capacity that can fit up to a 15” laptop, or a hydration bladder, among your other essentials. It also has a front pocket that features an internal organizer. This can be used for your GPS, writing equipment, survival tools, etc.

Interestingly enough, this bag has a Paracord drag handle that is constructed out of 2 cords that measure 2.5 meters (8.2 feet) in length; survival tool, anyone?
