The truth is, that as much as we try to deny it, climate change is real, and it is becoming a major problem around the entire globe. 2016 was the hottest year in recorded history, which is a scary fact when you take into account that it does not seem like our planet will be cooling down any time soon. Thankfully, a few environmentally focused minds came together and created an idea where normal people like ourselves, can also make a difference. Introducing Reforestum!

If all of us came together, we could truly make a difference in the world, and that is what Reforestum is. It’s a way for us all to make an impact on the climate for ourselves today, and our children of tomorrow.

By using the Reforestum application, you can literally design your own patch of forest, and Forest Engineers get to work to implement it. It also allows you to expand, and interact with your forests. Of course, you’ll be able to check on your forest via satellite imagery. The application also goes further to calculate your carbon footprint, and how much Co2 your forest captures, which gives you the opportunity to become carbon neutral. Don’t miss the video below.
