San Pablo City in the Philippines is the home of a resort that offers one truly remarkable and unique feature. This resort is the Villa Escudero Resort and the feature is a waterfall restaurant. Yes, a real waterfall just a few inches away from your dining space.
Waterfalls are truly stunning, but also very difficult to observe from close. Well, not this one. Large amounts of water of the Labasin Falls roar their way down to the restaurant set at the very foot of the waterfalls where surprisingly safe diners can enjoy local meals while their feet are gently fondled by the clear spring water.
Villa Escudero is surrounded by nature thus enabling the visitors to enjoy the views of the well-known landscapes of the Philippines. It is amidst mountains and coconut trees and it offers other activities, such as bamboo rafting, rides in colorful jeepneys, coconut harvesting and bird watching.
But the most famous feature is still the waterfall restaurant. The waterfall is so safe that it can actually give you a pleasant massage should you decide to get completely wet and lie against its wall. Still, if you wish to spend some time over a quiet dinner, you might not want to come here. Even the guests sitting at remote handmade bamboo tables are bound to get a little wet and the silence is out of the question due to the waterfall roars and happy visitors cheers.
