The Vanual | A Web Manual On How To Live The VanLife

see link

The VanLife is something that many of us dream of but few of us ever achieve. There just seems to be something exhilarating about leaving everything behind and going on a road trip without any worries or troubles. However, the VanLife does require some work and diligence and The Vanual is a guide to help you decide if it is for you and how to achieve it.

The Vanual is a website that was created by filmmaker, designer and art director, Zach Both, which details his ordeals and the entire process of how he converted a 2003 Chevrolet Express cargo van into his fully functional mobile camper.

Nobody can contest that there is nothing that breathes freedom like waking up to a view like that while traveling.

The Vanual is not a blog but rather a sort of how-to guide. By doing everything by himself, Zach Both puts out the knowledge that he gained from his build and life on the road to help other like-minded travelers. Among many helpful tips and tricks, Zach outlines everything from and intro and preparation to insulation, electrical and solar set-up as well as how to build your bed and kitchen area.

Everything from insulation, flooring, walls and a kitchen is included in The Vanual.

Also include is a section entitled “Lifestyle Manual” that gives you a lot of info on how to live the vanlife and if it is for you. He goes into detail on how to choose a van, how to stay healthy and hygienic, the essentials that you need, sleeping and safety and even how to work and make cash while living on the road.

If it’s something that you’ve been thinking about doing, then this site is for and, if you haven’t thought about it, it’s definitely worth checking out.
