TRIUMPH BONNEVILLE PEGASO

n/a

Tamarit Motorcycles is a company from Spain which is pretty new, but the same guys had the name 8Negro and they were specialized in creating custom Triumph motorcycle parts. Well, after their name had changed, they changed their main activity as well. They got themselves a 2006 Triumph Bonneville and customized it to create this beautiful retro motorcycle with the name Pegaso.

The Pegaso is the result of a heavy transformation performed using in-house made custom parts as well as others bought elsewhere. However, most of the parts come from Tamarit. They have even created molds and cast so that they could keep producing these parts.

The parts made by Tamarit include bash plate, chain guard and foot pegs. The seat and the guard below it are all new as well, as is the exhaust, which drew so much attention that it became a part of their catalog.

The front is reserved for Renthal bars, ¾ headlight and new gaiters for better off-road performance. A somewhat tiny speed dial suits the style of this bike perfectly and more heavy-duty capable tires reveal that this is a competent off-road bike.

So, do you like it? The Pegaso is truly a unique and recognizable machine in today’s world. However, they have managed not to make it outdated in design, but rather fetching. [via]
