Essential, timeless, well-crafted and still nurturing the forgotten sound of the analog, Timbre Bluetooth Speaker is all of that and more. Developed by Bruns Acoustics, an Australian company of designers and audio professionals who decided to leave the cut-throat corporate world for a more environmentally friendly lifestyle, Timbre Bluetooth Speaker is unique in many ways.
No two Timbre Bluetooth Speakers are alike, each of them has a unique serial number, and are hand-built from salvaged Australian trees (like Camphor Laurel) to the highest standards of craftsmanship. The speaker’s makers say that they are committed to “old world craftsmanship, modern technology and quality acoustics”. Very rarely do we find manufacturers who are dedicated to building something that will last!
The speaker features Bruns BA1 75W analog amplifier which has been developed by the company itself, as well as a 3.5″ Subwoofer, an auxiliary 3.5mm audio input jack, a 2 x 3″ Full Range Speakers, and a 5V/1A USB charging port for mobile devices. Apart from being made from the top quality wood, the Timbre wireless speaker also has 6061 Aluminum billet handle trims and stainless steel hardware.
Bruns Acoustics is a boutique brand, made especially for and by the people who know how to appreciate fine craftsmanship, and the quality of a warm analog sound.
How does the speaker work? All you need to do is to connect via Bluetooth and enjoy the music from your smartphone, PC or tablet. The speaker weighs between 5 and 7 kilos, depending on the wood used in production, and its dimensions are 36cm W x 13cm D x 20.5cm H.
