Coming from San Francisco based Mission Workshop comes the classically designed Styrman Waterproof Topcoat, a topcoat which is a combination of old design and modern technology. This topcoat will keep you warm and cozy even in the harshest of weather conditions.
At first glance, this sleek topcoat from Mission Workshop’s Advanced Projects Line seems like most traditional garments of its type. It comes with two zippered hand-warmer pockets, two internal pockets for storage and one external chest pocket.
It is also equipped with full seam taping and a removable hood which makes it perfect for rainy weather. However, looks can often be deceiving as this topcoat is made from Swiss-made Schoeller c_change fabric, which uses a heat reactive, waterproof-breathable membrane which regulates the temperature and comfort of your body. Depending on the weather conditions you are in, breathability or heat retention varies. Thanks to this modern fabric a pleasant body climate is always ensured.
It is available in two colours: charcoal and light gray, and eight different sizes (from small to extra large). Although the price of $850 might deter some, the traditional tailored outward appearance and spectacular fabric it’s made from make it worth considering. Not to mention that neither rain, wind or snow will make you wary of going out while having one of these excellent topcoats in your closet. [via] watch video below
