Stanley Model 1 3D Printer

$1,325

In recent years, we have seen an explosion of 3D printers. They are easy to use, practical, and opens up unfathomable possibilities. For instance, they recently invented a 3D printer that can actually print human skin, cell by cell. Regardless, most of us don’t need something so advanced, and that is where the Stanley Model 1 3D Printer comes in.

Easy enough to use for the neophyte 3D printee, but powerful enough for the professionals, the Model 1 is a must-have for anyone that has an interest.

The Model 1 cartridge being inserted

The Model 1 reloads itself as the filament runs out. This makes it exceptionally user-friendly.

A feature that makes the Model 1 superbly user-friendly, is the fact that it has an auto-loading filament feature. In other words, you simply load in the proprietary Stanley cartridge, and the printer reloads itself as it runs out of filament. It also provides Assisted Bed Leveling; this ensures that your 3D object is perfectly aligned, and printed.

In addition to this, the Model 1 comes with a web monitoring feature. This allows you to track the progress of your print by simply viewing it from your computer or smartphone via the built-in web cam. Of course, with the Stanley 3D desktop software, printing is as simple as uploading your design, and printing it.

What can it print?

The Stanley Model 1 can print objects that measure 7.9 x 7.9 x 7.3 inches and it has a layer thickness of 0.05 to 0.4mm.
