NOMAD SAFARI TANZANIA
Making lists is a tedious chore. Anything that involves the words “to do” is no fun. But bucket lists or the lists that contain things one simply has to do during one’s lifetime are somewhat different. And do we have an entry for your bucket list – it involves wonderful Africa and safari in Tanzania, a country in East Africa, situated in the famous African Great Lakes region. Safaris that we are talking about come courtesy of Nomad Tanzania, one of the most original safari companies in East Africa that has been operating safari camps for the past twenty years.
Nomad’s safaris are tailored to your needs and requirements. There is nothing generic or ordinary about them. Whatever you are hoping to experience on a safari, Nomad will make sure it happens. Just contact them with your expectations and wishes and they will put a few trips together for you to choose. But, for the argument sake, let’s say that you are interested in a seven-day-walking and boating safari trip. It will look something like this.
Day one, you are driven from the Msembe Airstrip in Ruaha National Park to a camp where a tasty lunch awaits you. After you freshen up, you head out on a game drive as an introduction to what awaits you in the action-packed days ahead. Day two, exploring the wonderful offerings of Ruaha like the exciting wildlife encounters. Day three, enjoying the dramatic terrain of the national park – baobabs, purple-tinged hills, the bush, and the dry river beds which are usually the hideouts for kudus, elephants, buffalo and giraffe.
Day four, flying from Msembe to the Kiba Airstrip. Another short drive to the Sand Rivers Selous awaits you where you will spend a relaxing day on the stunning river. Day five, heading out onto open plains and arriving at the hot springs at lunchtime. Having a refreshing dip there. Day six, early boat trip to the stunning Stiegler’s Gorge. Day seven, morning game drive, exploring the wildlife and birds of Lake Tagalala. Lunch back at the camp and a game drive to a sundowner spot in the afternoon.
And that is just one of the many options that your wonderful hosts at Nomad Tanzania have prepared for you. Whichever option you chose and however you tailor your memorable safari trip, know that Nomad Tanzania is the best there is. Every need of yours will be met and experiencing Africa in its full glory will only make you want to come back for more. watch video below
