Gobi Gear is a group of 3 nature-loving travelers who got tired of upending their bags to reach the item they were looking for during their trips and who realized they needed a better way to organize their gear. So they decided to make a stuff sack that their fellow-travelers would enjoy. These guys started a Kickstarter project and reached the goal very quickly for their amazing product named Hoboroll.
It is a double-sided stuff sack with five internal chambers which will keep items separated. This will allow you to organize your gear the way you prefer, whether you are going to the gym, traveling somewhere or taking a hike in the nature. This product is the first luggage organizer that provides compression of items and multiple storage compartments.
Hoboroll itself is ultra-light; it weighs less than 100 grams, which is a great advantage, especially if you plan on carrying lots of things in it. Do not be misguided by its weight, it is made of very durable materials and it is really big (15″ long x 10″ in diameter) and can hold many items (up to 19 liters), and the compression straps with quick-release buckles will help you keep them secure and compressed. When empty, you can put it in most frame-packs, dufflebags or carry-on luggage. However, it is not waterproof and this is probably its only downside, but the producers decided not to change this, because the Hoboroll would then cost much more.
Hoboroll can be washed with regular laundry, on any temperature or cycle, and it dries very quickly. It is available in 3 colors-Pinyon Pine, Mineral Blue and Arctic Sun.
Gobi Gear wanted to upgrade the traditional stuff sacks and provide us with something beyond our expectations, and they managed to do it in an excellent way. With the Hoboroll, you will save much time on packing, you will not need to pack extra stuff like grocery or garbage bags, because it can take their role easily, and it will suit every traveler and adventurer.
