We don’t know about you, but when we hear that a certain tourist destination, like the town of Puerto Vallarta in Mexico, has been named „World’s Friendliest City” by Conde Nast, “Best Holiday Destination in Mexico” by USNews.com, “Most Romantic Place in Mexico” and “Favorite Beach Destination in Mexico” by About.com, and “Top 10 Destinations in Mexico” by TripAdvisor, we are really itching to find out why that is. And the same goes for the beautiful resort of Garza Blanca, which is just a short distance from Puerto Vallarta.
Garza Blanca Preserve, Resort & Spa is all you would expect from a Mexican getaway – exotic, vibrant, colourful, exciting….
The resort nests between the Sierra Madre mountain range, and the white sandy beaches surrounded by lush tropical vegetation of Banderas Bay. Paradise personified!
Garza Blanca has a total of 165 suites, all made from natural construction materials thus perfectly blending with the beautiful features of the coastline and surrounding environment. The resort itself has too many amenities to mention here including an infinity pool, wellness & spa, underground and valet parking, wedding services, babysitter, award-winning wine cellar, outdoor Jacuzzis, same day laundry and cleaning services, bilingual staff (who will perform the traditional Hand Purification Ritual on you when you check-in), on-call medics etc.
There is a variety of suites to choose from – from honeymoon suite to oceanfront penthouse. All of them have air conditioning and ceiling fans, LED TVs, individual climate control, fast Internet access, bathrooms with separate shower and tub, and Artisan luxury toiletries. The artwork in the suites is carefully selected and the furniture is imaginatively designed in traditional colours of Mexico.
Garza Blanca also has two restaurants – Blanca Blue, a very chic gourmet restaurant with wonderful ocean views, and BocaDos STK, a new take on a standard steakhouse.
The resort’s spa is another thing that you should not miss. There, you will find treatments that you have probably never tried or heard of before like the Prehispanic Hot Stone Ritual or Neuro-Aromatic Lomi Juma Ritual, inspired by the age-old Hawaiian civilization. [via] watch video below
