1. Study Around Three Days Out

4. Avoid Distractions the Night Before
The night before an exam can be just as key as anything else. In addition to getting a good night’s sleep, it is important to avoid distractions and time-wasters. While it might be fun to stay up binging a show or playing a game online, it can take away from the activities of the next day.
By getting the proper sleep, it ensures that the brain is rested and relaxed enough to tackle all of the questions that will be laid out before it. There is time for fun at other intervals; test-taking day is not every day and needs to be handled appropriately.
