Face Exercises | A Natural Way To Stay Youthful With Jack Lalanne
Someone with a lot of wisdom once said, “When you reach middle-age, you get the face that you deserve.” Perhaps that is right, in a philosophical sense, but it also has a scientific validity. We have all been there where we meet someone and subconsciously you just know that this person is happy, or that another person is a grouch. All of these things can be read directly from their faces. This happens because your face’s muscles are actually exercised into your predominant mood and eventually, your predominant mood literally becomes your face. However, all of that can be changed and reversed with face exercises.
We often think of exercising our bodies, but very rarely, our faces. Face exercises have proven to have a variety of benefits; some being – anti-aging, better skin tone, better muscular structure (women love a muscular jawline), improved blood flow, removal of a double chin and a variety of others. So, the question remains, why don’t we do it? Well, simply because we aren’t aware of it.
So, to get you started on your journey to a youthful and toned face, we’ll outline some exercises, with the assistance of 50’s health Guru Jack Lalanne, that you can try throughout your day for a few minutes a time. Be sure to check out his humorous video below.

Jaw Exercise – Opening
