This luxury exclusive resort features living rooms, minibar, bathroom for two and a bedroom with stunning views of the underwater life. The unforgettable experience is also complemented with a special aphrodisiac menu that includes caviar, oysters and chocolate fondant with an essence of royal pomegranate. Not enough? How about optional extras like champagne and breakfast in bed and a private helicopter transfer to the beach?
2 – Atlantis the Palm, Dubai
Dubai is full of architectural wonders. Among those are two stunning underwater hotel suites at the five-star Atlantis, The Palm resort. The Poseidon and Neptune suites are the ‘ultimate romantic getaway’ with floor-to-ceiling windows offering captivating views on the aquarium filled with 65,000 marine creatures. Each underwater suite is three stories high with a 1,776 square foot floor plan including open-plan living and dining room, inter-connecting bedrooms, a TV room, and a private lift. Africa’s first underwater hotel room, The Manta Resort is just like a private island. Located in the Indian Ocean this special resort is a perfect getaway with a stunning view of the crystal clear sea. This three-story house has a roof deck for sunbathing, a water deck for eating and hanging out, and a bedroom 13 feet below the surface where you can sleep surrounded by a tropical marine environment. The top two floors are paneled in local hardwood with lounge area and lots of comfort. The special underwater room has a double bed and huge windows on each wall. Windows have spotlights on the outside, so each night guests can enjoy the view on the water and sea creatures around it.

Forty feet under the sea in an off-shore lagoon, this luxurious resort will house 24 suites. 70% of the surface of each suite will be made out of transparent acrylic and guests can maintain privacy by controlling LCD screens that cover each acrylic panel. Each suite will be looking out to a private coral garden and will be equipped with underwater lights and push button fish feeders. This resort will have a restaurant, bar, gym, and even an underwater wedding chapel. Also, each guest can explore the lagoon with a personal Triton submarine at their disposal.
6 – Hilton’s Conrad Maldives Rangali Island Resort
The luxurious Hotel Conrad Maldives Rangali is set on a private island surrounded by the Indian Ocean. This exotic resort provides travelers with unique experiences like swimming with whale sharks and dining 16 feet below sea level. Located at the PER AQUUM Niyama resort in the Maldives, Subsix restaurant has floor-to-ceiling glass windows so guests can enjoy the view on more than 90 coral reef species. Guests can reach Subsix via speedboat and taste the delicious seafood twenty feet below the surface of the Indian Ocean. The blue-themed interior is filled with coral-like chandeliers and capiz shells hanging from the ceiling. This restaurant is available for weddings, marine biology tours, wine tastings and themed events.
