The House of Solid Gold has created a mountain bike. Now, mountain bikes need to be very durable. They need to be able to endure proper torture from their users and they need to be engineless equivalents to cross motorbikes in terms of dealing with extreme terrains. This usually means that they need to be made of some very sturdy materials such as aluminum, carbon fiber, or titanium.
How about gold, then? Yes, the 24K Gold Extreme Mountain Bike is made of gold, handcrafted and coated in it through the electroplating process. This so called Beverly Hills Edition bicycle will, of course, be fully customizable to suit the needs of each customer. If the material and full customization aren’t enough for you, you will be pleased to know that there will be only 13 of them in the world. The 24K Gold Extreme Mountain Bike costs $1,000,000 a piece, so even only 13 of them should bring a nice income.
But, this is not the end. The 24K Gold Extreme Mountain Bike has a fully customized seat coated in fine alligator leather. Further on, each bike will boast an emblem with 600 Black Diamonds and 500 Golden Sapphires and it will bear laser engraved signatures of the artist who created it and a serial number from 1 to 13. Even the water bottle is unique and covered in gold.
So, what do you think? Is a 24K gold, $1,000,000 bicycle a bit too much?
