The Wharekauhau Lodge consists of the main lodge and 15 different cottage suites located around the main building. Both the main lodge and surrounding cottages have been designed by award winning interior designer Virginia Fischer, who decided to rely on opening the rooms to vast natural light and the panoramic view of the Pacific so all the rooms. The main lodge boasts many facilities: a large country kitchen, wood-burning open fireplaces, formal dining room, wine cellar games room, intimate library, indoor swimming pool and many other which will make your stay even more pleasant. As for the 15 cottage suites, they have been equipped with everything a visitor might want: king beds, open gas fireplace, under floor heating, private verandas, flat-screen televisions, iPod docking stations, and of course, free wifi access.
