Bushwick Kitchen is a company from Brooklyn that brought us the famous Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha. They have cool batches of handmade syrups grouped in three categories- spicy, honey and maple. What’s cool about the company is that everything they offer is infused, mixed, made, bottled, and shipped from their kitchen. Since the hot sauce we covered turned out to be quite popular, we are super thrilled to share with you the Trees Knees Maple Collection.

The collection consists of Spicy, Cinnamon and Coffee Maple, all gluten-free, paleo-friendly, and vegan. Let us start with the Cinnamon Maple Syrup. It uses a blend of Indonesian cassia cinnamon and maple syrup from the Catskill Mountains. Just like the rest of their batches, it comes in a 13.5-ounce black bottle that looks stylish and thanks to its wide mouth, makes it easy to pour. You can add this syrup to iced coffee, pancakes, waffles, fruits, cakes, whatever you prefer.
