There are billions of earphones out there, but it seems that none of them is a perfect fit for your ear. Well, the Japanese audio house Onkyo has come up with the genius solution for that problem. We present you Revols, a wireless earphone with a custom fit that will never fall out of your ear until you take it out yourself.

These earphones cannot be customized like the TMA-2 Modular Headphones that we covered recently, but what are we talking about here and now is even more impressive. Revols earphones possess a tip that is made of nano-composite gel that will form in the way to perfectly fit in your ear. The customization process will start immediately after you put the earphone into the ear. The gel will start to adapt to the shape of your ear, and after just 60 seconds you will have perfectly adjusted earphones.

This process is activated through the app on your smartphone that you’ll have to install. Earphones and the mobile phone have to be connected via Bluetooth. After you put the earphones in your ears and hit the start button, you will feel a warm sensation in your ears. Don’t worry, that is supposed to happen, that’s how you’ll know that the customization is working.

These earphones will hold tight even through the bumpiest bus rides, fast walks and during sports activities, and because of that they are perfect for people always on the move. The thing that must be emphasized is that these earphones will not fit anyone else’s ear because when that gel hardens it stays like that forever. If somehow the shape of your ear changes, which we doubt that’ll happen, you’ll have to buy a new pair of molding tips.

The Revols earphones consist of 5 beautifully designed parts – Black, or white plastic face, circular and brushed metal badge, black plastic body, diamond cut chamfered metal edge and a silicone gel-filled molding tip. Two earphones are connected with one cable that has a microphone installed for taking calls when you’re on the run. This cable also has a slim 8-hour battery located in the middle.

Charging the battery is very simple, you just plug one end of the cable into the earphones and the other one into a USB port of some bigger electrical source.

The exact scientific process behind the mentioned transformation is not completely explained by the makers, but the most important thing you have to know is that the earphones are safe to use and that you’ll never again have to worry about your earphones falling out.
