In the culinary world, a three-star-Michelin restaurant is the superstar of restaurants. To quote the Michelin Guide: “Three stars reward exceptional cuisine where diners eat extremely well, often superbly. Distinctive dishes are precisely executed, using superlative ingredients. Worth a special journey.” NoMad Restaurant, at the NoMad Hotel in New York City, is one of the Michelin superstars.

NoMad Restaurant is “casually elegant” and food here is skillfully prepared under the supervision of Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara. Whether you order the delicious tagliatelle with crab and black pepper, squash n’ sausage,  signature roast chicken with foie gras, Brussels Sprout Salad with hazelnuts or milk and honey dessert, dining at the NoMad is a remarkable experience.

Wine list is diverse and offers the finest wines from across the world. If you are not an oenophile, cocktails should be on your ‘must try’ list.

Another plus of enjoying gourmet sensations at the NoMad is the restaurant’s staff. Although the restaurant’s milieu is rather upscale, but not too stuffy, the staff here will make you feel welcome and special as they seem genuinely happy that you came.

As far as the décor goes, NoMad is an elegant, sophisticated and polished restaurant, just like its menu. It has several rooms, as well as a spectacular glass-enclosed atrium. As one guest noted – “The NoMad is all about the details”.
