Very stylish body of the Leica C camera is not the only stunning feature, even though both color versions look simply stunning. The Leica C is very compact with the dimensions of just 4.2 x 1.2 x 2.2 inches and weight of 6.1 ounces, but it has features that are considered highly unusual for its small package.
The Leica C features 12.1MP 1/1.7” MOS sensor, WIFI and Near Field Communication combined with the 7.1x zoom lens. Basically, this is a revamped version of the Panasonic LF1 in a very beautiful package. Speaking of its looks, we have to say that there are two options – a dark red and black and a gold and white. The body is actually the product of Audi Design that came up with some of the accessories for the camera as well.
If you are not familiar with the LF, we will also say that the Leica C features 1080p full HD shooting and a great 3” LCD with resolution of 921,600 dots. For bright light shooting there is help in form of a 0.2” electronic viewfinder with 200,000 dots of resolution and you also get a free copy of Adobe Photoshop Lightroom to help you with editing your pictures.
Transfer of images to phones or tablets is made easy via WiFi and NFC and the Leica C Image shuttle app. Having the app also enables you to remotely control shutter release and self timer, as well as some other features.
With numerous accessories designed to protect, help with carrying and add style to the already beautiful product, the Leica C is sure to turn some heads. It is available on Amazon for $699.
