When it comes to timeless watches, we have featured quite a few, however, there will always be those that stand out above the rest and now, returning from the old to the new, AVI-8 has released their latest collection, the Hawker Hunter 4036 Collection.

Getting its name from the original single seater jet propelled fighter plane that was developed in the 1950’s, the Hawker Hunter Collection is an ode and a tribute to the old school style and the men that created the Hunter Hawker.

The Hawker Hunter Watches feature a classic look and a case that has been coated in Titanium Carbide, which is used on spacecraft heat shields.

Brandishing a classic style that is irreplaceable, the Hunter Hawker Watch Collection features an exceptionally balanced 45mm case that has been coated in the same material that gets used for heat shields on spacecraft, titanium carbide. This gives it an exceptional durability and an unbeatable look.

The numbers and hands have been coated in SuperLumiNova pigments and the movement of the watch is a Japanese Quartz with date.

As an extension to the evolution of this collection, all of the watches from the Hawker Hunter range have been given an improvisation when it comes to luminosity. This was achieved by coating the numbers and hands in the famous SuperLumiNova pigments that allow you to read the time perfectly, at both day and night.

There are three different watches available in the collection and you have a choice between leather or Nato straps that are available in a variety of colors.

To top this all off, you can personally choose to either get the watch’s titanium carbide case in gun grey or matte black and they both come with an aluminum insert on the crown and a turbine edged bezel. Depending on your preference, you can also select between a Nato strap or leather and both are available in a variety of colors for your selection.
