Thanks to its rock-solid skeletal construction with cladding to minimize weight and the durable building materials including CNC-manufactured body parts for easy replacement, the UEV-440 offers the capability of a regular camp trailer blended with a number of neat caravan features such as hard roof, sides and floor, as well as incorporated rear legs which do away with any troublesome loose jacks or handles.

The suspension system includes a fully patented independent trailing arm suspension with coil springs and Koni shock absorbers and 12-inch AL-KO off-road electric drum brakes with emergency spare wheel and hub at the back of the trailer which guarantee maximum safety and comfort on and off the road. On top of that, the wheel offset and tire size can easily be matched to those of the tow vehicle. The UEV-440 body parts are electro-galvanized and epoxy-coated, with hot-dipped galvanized chassis beams and lightweight alloy roof. All openings are furnished with automotive industry door seals, and a special built-in electric fan prevents excessive dust intake.

In terms of comfort and capacities, the UEV-440 offers ample headroom and rest space with a range of sleeping arrangements suitable for both couples and families. The trailer features two huge hassle-free fold-out beds in the front and at the side of the trailer, a large awning that extends over the kitchen area and entry way, ample storage room and a number of mesh ventilation screens. All furniture and cupboards are manufactured from aluminum, the heavy duty rip-stop canvas tents are streamlined with a minimum number of poles and ropes, while the doors are made from canvas fabric. The list of UEV-440 neat features includes interior heating, air-conditioning, shower, a diesel hot-water system, a flat panel TV and surround-sound splash-proof stereo system.

The UEV-440 also includes a complete kitchen equipped with 74L National Luna double door fridge/freezer, microwave, hot and cold water on demand, cutlery, crockery and other cooking utensils. The trailer also features a unique system of modular slide-out units for kitchen, fridge, stove and storage shelves, designated space for a table, fixed pouches for all tents, awnings, ropes and poles and mountings for jerry cans, gas bottles, axe and spade.

The UEV-440 kitchen, bathroom, fridge, cooking utensils, stove, bar and storage compartments are accessible from the outside of the caravan for a real feel of outdoor living, but most of them can also be accessed from the inside in unfavorable weather conditions.Also available on the outside of the trailer are a large kitchen/groceries cupboard and work surface. The trailer also features a spacious tent in front of the caravan, an intelligent powerpack and C-tek charging system, a large nose cone housing with room for gas bottles, pressurized pump and diesel hot water system.
