Aquagranda Aqua Experience is designed by architect Simone Micheli, in his unique contemporary style. If you like water games and hydro-massages, we recommend ‘The Black Pool’ (nicknamed ‘The Black Pearl’). This is a very large complex of pools, surrounded by the pitch black decor wonderfully contrasted by the azure colour of the water. The Black Pool comprises of indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water cascades and water jets, a hydro-massage section, and sauna & steam baths. Did we mention that the Black Pool’s outdoor swimming pool has a wonderful view of the Italian Alps?

Then there is the Thermarium & Beauty area which embodies the famous ancient Roman saying – “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano” (“A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body”). This area is dedicated to health and beauty. You can lie in a hammock or on a waterbed, while listening to soothing music, or take part in aromatic games. Of course, there is an array of health and beauty treatments available.

Should you wish to stay overnight, Aquagranda has comfortable, beautifully designed rooms, all with an Internet connection, satellite TV, and mini-bar.

Athletes can use a semi-Olympic size pool, and a well-equipped gym. Not to mention that Aquagranda is situated at 1,816 metres altitude (the highest training ground after Mexico City).

What can Aquagranda offer to children? Plenty! There are individual swimming lessons, neonatal swimming courses for babies and toddlers, and themed birthday parties.
